Freezing individual portions means saving little moments to enjoy later.
Step by Step
- Prepare the coffee and leave it to cool completely.
01

- Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with the sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the mascarpone and mix until fully combined.
02
03

- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold them into the mascarpone mixture a little at a time, then transfer the mix to a piping bag.
04

- Briefly dip the ladyfingers into the cold coffee.
05
- Assemble the tiramisu in the portion freezer mould, alternating a layer of ladyfingers, a layer of mascarpone cream, another layer of ladyfingers and a final layer of cream.
06

- Place the lid on the mould and freeze until the tiramisu is completely frozen. This way, you can store it already divided into portions and take out only as many as you need.
07
- Remove the portion you would like to serve from the mould, allow it to thaw and finish with a dusting of cocoa powder before serving.
