Ingredients (1 portions)
  • Ice cream base
    • 40 ml whipping cream, min. 35% fat
    • 15 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • Topping ideas
    • Lotus biscuits
    • Strawberry purée
    • Mango purée

Before you start

Plate and toppings ready

  1. The plate should be kept in the freezer for at least 12 hours before use, ideally from the day before.

  3. Place the cream in the freezer for 30 minutes before mixing it with the condensed milk. The colder the base, the better the result.

  5. Prepare your favourite toppings before you start. We used Lotus biscuits, strawberry purée and mango purée.

Prepare the base

  1. Mix the very cold cream with the condensed milk in a cup or small bowl and stir until smooth.

  3. Take the plate out of the freezer, pour the mixture onto the surface and spread it with the included spatulas.

  5. Add the toppings over the base and spread them evenly before the mixture starts to freeze.

  7. Wait 5 to 6 minutes, until the mixture has the right texture to work with.

  1. Using the two spatulas, scrape the mixture from one edge to shape the ice cream rolls.

  1. Serve the rolls in a bowl or container and decorate them with your favourite toppings or crunchy extras.

  3. When finished, clean the plate, dry it well and place it back in the freezer so it is ready for next time 😉
