Before you start
Plate and toppings ready
- The plate should be kept in the freezer for at least 12 hours before use, ideally from the day before.
- Place the cream in the freezer for 30 minutes before mixing it with the condensed milk. The colder the base, the better the result.
- Prepare your favourite toppings before you start. We used Lotus biscuits, strawberry purée and mango purée.

Step by step
Prepare the base
- Mix the very cold cream with the condensed milk in a cup or small bowl and stir until smooth.
- Take the plate out of the freezer, pour the mixture onto the surface and spread it with the included spatulas.
- Add the toppings over the base and spread them evenly before the mixture starts to freeze.
- Wait 5 to 6 minutes, until the mixture has the right texture to work with.

Shape the rolls
The fun part
- Using the two spatulas, scrape the mixture from one edge to shape the ice cream rolls.
08

- Serve the rolls in a bowl or container and decorate them with your favourite toppings or crunchy extras.
- When finished, clean the plate, dry it well and place it back in the freezer so it is ready for next time 😉
