The garlic press is 18/10 stainless steel and has a traditional shape. It's very easy to use. Just put some garlic in the hole and, when you close it with light pressure, the garlic is pushed onto the surface with holes where the crushed garlic will come out.
Its tightly fit design prevents part of the garlic coming out of the sides when it's crushed.
It's highly resistant to corrosion, salts and acid from food. It's a non-porous, smooth and very hygienic material that's easy to clean and doesn't pass strange flavours on to food.
