Its elegant line has a riveted stainless steel handle that doesn't get hot and a strong glass lid. It's specially designed for vitro-ceramic and induction, but it's compatible with all kinds of cooktops and it's oven safe up to 200º. Thanks to the complete 18% steel disk, the full diffuser bottom heats up quickly and evenly and saves energy. It has a 3 layer stone style PFOA free non-stick coating. The Natura Copper line is made of hard materials that are highly resistant to corrosion.
