    • 300 g wheat noodles
    • 60 g green bell pepper
    • 60 g red bell pepper
    • 60 g carrot
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • ½ red onion
    • 100 g peeled broad beans
    • 100 g mushrooms
    • Soy sauce (to taste)
    • Olive oil
    • White and black sesame seeds (for garnish)

  1. Cut the bell peppers, carrot, onion, and mushrooms into thin julienne strips. Leave the broad beans whole.

  1. Heat a splash of olive oil in a wok and stir-fry all the vegetables and broad beans over medium-high heat. Set aside.

  1. Cook the wheat noodles in a saucepan with boiling salted water. Follow the cooking time suggested on the package.
