Preparation of the granola
- Preheat the oven to 160 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: oat flakes and dried fruit (walnuts and almonds).
- In another bowl, mix the honey with the olive oil until well blended.
- Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and stir well so that all the ingredients are coated.
- Spread the granola mixture in an even layer on the baking tray.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes at 150 °C, stirring every 15 minutes for even browning.
- Allow to cool completely before using in the nougat recipe.

Preparation of the nougat
- Melt 100 g of dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave in short intervals to prevent burning.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the Ibili mould and place it in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes or until firm.
- Add a layer of granola and the dried cranberries on top of the solidified chocolate layer.
- Spread an even layer of peanut butter over the granola and cranberries.
- Melt the remaining 100 g of chocolate and mix with the mixed nuts.
- Pour this last layer of chocolate and nuts over the peanut butter, making sure to cover the entire surface.
- Refrigerate the nougat for at least 2-3 hours, until completely firm.
- Carefully unmould and cut into bars or squares. When cut, the three distinct layers will be visible, giving it a sophisticated and appetising appearance.
